Jennifer Still has spent over 20 years in corporate consulting and leadership, working closely with executive leaders, C-suites, and Boards of some of the world's most notable brands. A common thread she has seen across successful companies is that they are led by individuals who are eager to learn from others' experiences, regardless of industry and scale. The Pencil Skirt Posse fuels Jennifer's passion for bringing people together to achieve the best result and creates a forum for inspiring leaders to share their unique journeys.

Jennifer is a hard problem addict and recovering perfectionist. She is a mom of two amazing middle-school girls, a golden doodle, and a pony...which she is allergic to. When she isn't keeping up with the family or serving clients, you can most likely find her on a yoga mat, a hiking trail, or just getting outside.
